Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human TNFSF10 (CSB-EP023985HU1a0) at 4 μg/ml can bind Human TNFRSF10B. The EC₅₀ is 3.897-5.215 ng/mL.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human TNFRSF10B at 2 μg/ml can bind Anti-TNFRSF10B recombinant antibody (CSB-RA023965MA2HU). The EC₅₀ is 1.880-2.195 ng/mL.

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA08165A0Rb at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
