TGFBR2
TGFBR2，即转化生长因子β受体2，别名TGFβR-II、TGFβRII。它是一种跨膜蛋白，由TGFBR2基因编码，主要在细胞表面发挥作用。TGFBR2的作用机制涉及与转化生长因子β（TGF-β）家族配体结合，激活其内在的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶活性，进而磷酸化并激活Smad蛋白，这些Smad蛋白随后转移到细胞核，调控下游基因的表达。TGFBR2在细胞增殖、分化、迁移和凋亡等过程中发挥关键作用，影响组织发育、免疫调节、纤维化和肿瘤发展等生物学过程。
