NCAM1
NCAM1，即神经细胞黏附分子1，别名CD56、N-CAM等。它是一种由NCAM1基因编码的细胞表面糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员，在神经系统和免疫系统的多种细胞中表达。NCAM1的作用机制涉及同型和异型细胞黏附，通过同源或异源结合促进细胞间的相互作用，参与神经发育、突触可塑性和细胞迁移。NCAM1参与了神经系统的发育和维持，与肿瘤细胞的黏附、侵袭和转移能力有关。NCAM1的功能异常与某些神经系统疾病如阿尔茨海默病、精神分裂症等有关，同时在肿瘤发展中也发挥作用，是肿瘤治疗中的潜在靶点。
