LTBR
LTBR，即淋巴毒素β受体，别名TNFCR、TNFR3、TNFR-RP、TNFRSF3、LT-BETA-R，是一种I型单跨膜蛋白，属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员。LTBR的主要配体包括淋巴毒素α/β和肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族成员14（TNFSF14，也称为LIGHT）。
LTBR在淋巴和其他器官的发育、脂质代谢、免疫反应和程序性细胞死亡过程中发挥信号传导作用。其活性也与致癌作用有关。LTBR信号通路参与激活控制细胞分化、生长和死亡的反应，对周围淋巴样器官的形成，尤其是二级和三级淋巴结构的形成至关重要。LTBR信号可能会促进浸润性免疫细胞和肿瘤细胞之间的交流，触发LTβR可诱导典型和非典型核因子(NF)-κB信号传导通路，与炎症诱导的致癌作用相关。
