HLA-E
HLA-E，全称为人类白细胞抗原E，也被称为QA1、MHC class I antigen E、HLAE、HLA-6.2、HLA E。它是一种非经典的主要组织相容性复合物I类分子，主要在肿瘤细胞和病毒感染细胞中表达。HLA-E通过与自然杀伤细胞和T细胞上的CD94/NKG2A受体结合，抑制免疫细胞的杀伤活性，从而帮助肿瘤细胞逃避免疫系统的监视。此外，HLA-E还与某些自身免疫性疾病有关，如强直性脊柱炎、白塞综合征等。在药物研发方面，针对HLA-E的抗体和融合蛋白正在被开发，以增强免疫治疗效果。
