Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CEACAM5 at 2μg/mL can bind Anti-CEACAM5 recombinant antibody (CSB-RA005165MA1HU), the EC₅₀ is 0.8955-1.719 ng/mL.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Cynomolgus CEACAM5 at 2μg/ml can bind Anti-CEACAM5 recombinant antibody (CSB-RA005165MA4HU). The EC₅₀ is 3.572-4.044 ng/mL.

The purity of CEACAM5 was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cell with CSB-RA005165MA3HU at 1:150, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-human IgG(H+L).

Overlay Peak curve showing Hela cells surface stained with CSB-RA005165MA3HU (red line) at 1:100. Then 10% normal goat serum was Incubated to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1µg/1*10⁶cells) for 45 min at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-human IgG(H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35 min at 4°C. Isotype control antibody (green line) was human IgG1 (1µg/1*10⁶cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,026 events was performed.
