CD79A
CD79A,即B细胞抗原受体复合体α链,别名MB-1、IGA、Ig-alpha、IGAB、CD79amolecule。它是一种47kDa的膜糖蛋白,与CD79B结合形成异二聚体B细胞受体(BCR),这种受体负责B细胞信号传导,导致激活、凋亡或过敏。CD79A的作用机制主要是与CD79B共同参与B细胞受体的信号转导。当抗原与BCR结合后,CD79A/CD79B异二聚体能够传递激活信号,引发B细胞的增殖、分化和抗体产生。CD79A的细胞质区含有免疫受体酪氨酸激活基序(ITAM),是信号转导的关键结构。CD79A对B细胞功能的重要调控作用,参与B细胞的抗原识别、激活、增殖和分化等过程。CD79A的表达还与某些B细胞肿瘤的发生发展相关,如B细胞急性淋巴细胞性白血病(B-ALL)等。CD79A是B细胞生物学研究和B细胞相关疾病治疗的重要靶点。
