AMBRA1

AMBRA1,即自噬和Beclin 1调节器1,别名DCAF3、WDR94。它是一种由人类基因编码的蛋白,属于自噬调节因子,在自噬体的形成过程中扮演重要角色。AMBRA1的作用机制涉及激活GTPase结合活性和泛素蛋白酶结合活性,参与巨自噬作用、正调节磷酸肌醇3-激酶活性,并响应线粒体去极化。AMBRA1位于细胞质中,并与线粒体共定位,是多系统萎缩的生物标志物。AMBRA1参与控制蛋白周转、神经发育、细胞生存和增殖,与肿瘤进展密切相关,其表达水平预测黑色素瘤对MAPK抑制剂的耐药性,并且与神经管缺陷有关。
