Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

The Sema4d was produced as a fusion protein with a C-terminal mFc-tag in mammalian cells. Its expression region corresponds to the amino acid 24-733 of the mouse Sema4d protein. This recombinant Sema4d protein is an active protein and its activity has been validated through the ELISA. In the functional ELISA, this mouse Sema4d protein can bind to the Pepinemab, with the EC50 of 4.878-7.446 ng/ml. The purity of this Sema4d protein is greater than 95% measured by SDS-PAGE. On the gel, this Sema4d protein migrated to the molecular weight band of about 117 kDa. It contains less endotoxin, <1.0 EU/ug determined by the LAL method. And it is available now.
Sema4d is a transmembrane homodimer involved in the inactivation of platelets, stimulation of angiogenesis, and regulation of bone formation. It also possesses immune regulatory activity. Studies have shown that Sema4d is hyper-expressed in some malignancies and facilitates tumor growth and angiogenesis.
