        CRP,即C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein),是一种急性相蛋白,主要由肝脏合成,可作为炎症的非特异性生物标志物。当机体遇到感染、损伤、炎症等刺激时,肝脏合成和分泌CRP,其浓度会在数小时内显著升高。因此,CRP常被用于评估感染、炎症和自身免疫性疾病等疾病的活动程度和预后,也可用于评估心血管疾病和癌症等疾病的风险。正常情况下,血浆中CRP的浓度很低,但在炎症反应期可升高数千倍。

    Review: Serum concentrations of biomarkers, including TGF-β1, TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-18, CRP, and BNP were measured by Elisa kits following manufacture instructions. As shown in figure, the levels of TGF-β1, CRP, IL-6 and BNP were significantly increased in MI rats than Sham. Salvianolate treatment dose-dependently reduced these levels compared with MI rats.
