产品评价： 我用CSB-E06998Rb检测模型组术前，术中30min-2h，术后24h血浆，四参数模型拟合出来的R2为0.99868（详见图片），标准曲线符合预期。0-2h的TNF-a水平符合升高趋势，经过文献查询，该模型需要6h才能检测出大量升高的TNF-a炎症因子水平，后续会测量6h及以上的炎症因子水平。课题组师兄推荐，有兔子种属，且价格实惠，测试结果准确。

产品评价： 我用CSB-E06998Rb测模型组术前，术中30min-2h，术后24h血浆，标准曲线用四参数模型拟合出来的R2为0.99783（详见图片），标准曲线做了两列，符合预期且OD值在0至3.6范围内，且得到的数据符合预期趋势。该试剂盒测试稳定，均能显色。

产品评价： 我用CSB-E06998Rb测组蛋白注射模型组术前，术中30min-2h，术后24h血浆，标准曲线用四参数模型拟合出来的R2仅为0.68，而直线拟合出来R2为0.9996（数据和拟合曲线方程详见图片），标准曲线做了两列，符合预期且OD值在0至3.2范围内，且得到的数据符合预期趋势，术前测出来约600-800pg/ml。术中逐渐升高至1400pg/ml，术后24h降至1000 pg/ml左右，该试剂盒测试稳定，做了两个复孔，误差较小但均能显色，且兔子个体差异大，因此我准备用Fold Change来表示，该数据准备用来发文章。
