CUSABIO试剂盒采用夹心法原理定量检测人血清、血浆、组织匀浆或细胞裂解液中细胞角蛋白18 Asp396片段（K18-Asp396）的含量，检测范围为15.6-1000 mIU/ml，最低检测限达5.8 mIU/ml。细胞角蛋白18是上皮细胞的重要结构蛋白，在细胞凋亡过程中会被caspase酶特异性切割形成Asp396片段，该片段作为细胞程序性死亡的标志物，在肿瘤发生机制、化疗药物筛选及肝脏疾病等研究中具有重要价值。试剂盒包含预包被抗体的96孔板、生物素标记检测抗体、标准品及显色底物，完成检测仅需4小时孵育步骤（含2小时抗体结合及1小时酶标反应），标准曲线线性相关系数R²＞0.99。适用于体外研究细胞凋亡信号通路、评估药物肝毒性引起的上皮细胞损伤、探索炎症性疾病中组织修复机制等科研实验，建议样本预处理时血浆采用EDTA抗凝，组织匀浆需离心取上清，开封后未使用的微孔板需密封保存于-20°C，质控品开封后建议2-8°C保存并在1周内使用完毕。
